"Fun - Never a dull moment in one of Dani's sessions! She can be tough but it's really fun and the mixed group dynamic works really well! Fit - Dani's classes have transformed my movement. I've discovered my 'core' (who knew I even had one!) and the twinges in my lower back have disappeared not to mention my golf swing is unrecognisable! Lovely - Not sure you could meet a nicer, happier & more positive person let alone her being a fabulous Pilates instructor! Really look forward to Dani's sessions and am even considering going twice a week!!"
