FAQs
Here are some answers to the questions we get asked the most. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, contact d@pilatesdanielle.com or use the form provided on our Contact Us page and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Your first class
What to wear: Wear something comfortable that you can move in, ideally with some stretch. You can wear socks, some people prefer to wear gripper socks, or go barefoot.
What to bring: All mats and equipment are provided. Just bring yourself and a water bottle along with your own sweat towel, if you like to use one.
Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first class so that you can familiarise yourself with the studio and meet Danielle.
Our studios are shoe-free, with designated areas upon entering to leave your footwear. We like to keep all the studios as spotless as possible.
For your own health & safety, we will ask you to reschedule your first class if you arrive less than 5 minutes before we get moving.
Injuries & Modifications: Throughout your class, our teachers offer verbal, and hands-on form-adjustment cues.
Mobile Phone Policy: We request that you leave your phone on silent throughout class, turn it face down and only bring it into the studio if you really need it.

Cancellations.
We understand that life happens and so do cancellations. If you do need to cancel, please make sure to do so at least 24 hours prior and your class credit will be refunded to your account. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to a class, you will unfortunately be debited for that class. This includes any waitlists you have joined that you are no longer able to attend.
